Nothing says summer quite like hamburgers being grilled, although we actually fire up the barbecue in every season. According to my family, this is the best burger recipe out there! The smell of these tasty and flavorful homemade hamburgers being grilled is tempting enough that you won’t have to call more than once when supper is ready.

How to make Flavorful Homemade Hamburgers
1.Place the chopped onion, crushed ritz crackers, eggs, onion, and seasoning salt in a large bowl and stir.
2.Add the ground beef and mix well. Measure 1/3-1/2 cup amounts of meat and shape into patties.
3.Grill on a hot barbecue for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Add sliced cheese when just done if you prefer cheeseburgers.
Tips For Shaping Fresh Burgers
When you shape these flavorful homemade hamburgers, there are a couple of tricks to keep them from turning into thick patties and to keep them tender.
- First of all, when you mix the ingredients, incorporate them gently by hand.
