Flavored with the onion, beef bouillon, salt, and pepper, this casserole is just SO delicious! The tater tots cover the meat and veggie layer and are generously smothered with cheddar cheese before baking.
There is so much goodness in this deluxe tatertot casserole that it can be a complete meal! Or, just add a fresh salad to have a truly satisfying supper. Note
- To make ahead and freeze, just assemble, then freeze before baking. It will take about twice as long to bake from frozen. You may want to cover with parchment, then aluminum foil for the first 1/2 of the baking time so that the cheese doesn't dry out too much.
- To store Deluxe Tatertot Casserole, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate. It will keep up to 4 days this way.
